HHKC Partner Jim Klick and Joe Kott recently obtained a judgment in a Medical Negligence claim awarding over $11.3 million after trial on the merits. The judgment included an award up to the statutory maximum of $500,000.00. Additional sums were awarded for past medical expenses, past custodial care by mother and her family, $10 million for future medical expenses, and prejudgment interest on past damage award.
